I purchased 2 sizes above my daughter's age and it still is just a tad too short.She is not a giant but just ever so slightly above average and I thought getting 2 sizes above would make her go through winter.Well, nope, maybe until January and it will definitely be too short lengthThe tights were too small. I was excited to order this product for my daughter as it was advertised as "school tights". I thought they would be perfect to wear on cold days with her school uniform. I made sure to look at the weight before purchasing and my daughter is no where near the high end weight listed. She wore them anyway, but won't be wearing them again. Tights are okay but if you decide to buy them, order several sizes up.I bought navy but they look black, they're smaller than they say and not very durable but more like a cheaper pair of hose. Definitely not worth what I paid for them. I would expect to pay about $2 for them, then I might not feel so badThe first day our daughter of 5 wore them, they tore. They were tight to begin with and the material didn't seem to stretch much, so I didn't have confidence they'd last long, but they lasted a little bit less than expected.CuteThank youThese tights fit, felt and looked like good quality tights, but they ended up with a hole in them the first time they were worn. :-(Just what we needed to complete an outfit.
